So we offer a Design Quality Guarantee on the design we do for you, as long as it is prior to being published onto the World Wide Web. 

In short, if you or us are are not satisfied upon review of your site prior to publishing, or you require significant changes and we can’t agree on a solution, either party may terminate the project and we will refund your entire payment (less $45 for Domain Name Registration, if included in your order. The Domain Name if applicable always belongs to you for use with other service providers).

Under Termination, we will respect your privacy. The content you provided will be returned to you or destroyed. The work we have done for you will be destroyed.

Once a site is agreed and published, there is our ongoing Service Quality Guarantee whereby we will address any bugs or problems attributed to us without further charge to you.

We don’t have a “No Questions Asked” clause. As part of our Quality Process, we will ask you for your view of what went wrong so we can improve our service.
